While I will grant you it does appear that DB have sold a few of their offering, having hoovered up most of the Heritage MK1 shells,

They're doing Mk1s aswell??

So I have heard, but I may be wrong.

Wood and Pickett Margrave 50. How many were built? Have you ever seen one?

Nice car. Personally, could only see that appealing to the golf clubs of Surrey (should have offered the cut fold down seat hatch). Only that red car was customised. Not the real marketing money to push the brand exposure like DB.

If DB are buying Mk1 shells, I expect they've had interest in something more classic with the same DB product finish & badge investment.

I can see them going off road with a Mk1 Range Rover remasted.

Cash is king!

That chassis plate on the blue car looks very dodgy to me. I can just imagine trying to explain that one away to the DVLA.

They look very poor....
Head bolts uneven
Engine paint rough
Wobbly metal work ( where front wings spot welded)
Front panel ( too many spare holes)
Boot lid cover big gaps
Boot seal poor fit
Halford rear lights.....etc etc

Well at that sort of money its all a bit laughable in my opinion

Very poor. Why didn't they create authentic works replicas if they wanted to cash in on the retro market ?. Why bother creating something that anyone can do with a new shell, donor car and bad taste ?.

Couldn't agree more. I have no eye for detail, as anyone who knows me knows. But I could spot lots wrong & am not over impressed.
