Thought I'd add some pictures to illustrate the type of rivets I am trying to source.
Head is slightly domed...7/32 in diameter...shank 3/32 and about 1/8 long. Appear to be brass with chrome....however stainless, brass or copper will work...can have the brass/copper chromed.

I tried to source the same rivets here in the Detroit, Michigan area and NO luck.

Went to several suppliers and showed them the frame and the rivets and they were not able to source
from their suppliers.

If you find a supplier, I would appreciate knowing where you find them

Yes, this is such a great site and the knowledge that people have and are willing to share really helps with
my restoration.

It'd be simple to just turn 10 or so of those up from easy workable 303 stainless. Turns a treat and will rivet too. I'm a big fan of it. I did the same to mine but back in 1985 or so I just used brass but it was out of sight in any case.

Sure looks like Sapphire Products may have the rivets that are needed.
However, I am in the USA.

Did the original rear quarter light rivets on the MK2 have a brass or chrome on brass finish?
