I normally love these videos, but that has got to be one of the most boring ones I've seen. It's as though its been done to show as little as possible - half the time nothing's actually happening!

Come a long way maybe, but lost all of the character and soul.

I've been to Castle Bromwich for the factory tour. Very interesting tour indeed. Was good to see such a huge difference in technique in the modern factory compared to the Morgan factory tour I did a few years ago (one I would highly recommend by the way)

Quite. I was disgusted to see so much of the early part of it, there wasn't a person - an employee or 'car assembler' - to be seen anywhere with the very high level use of robots.

What disgusted me in this is that big and profitable organisations like these, have a moral responsibility to their local community and part of that I feel is to provide employment. Expanding on that line of thought, if every business was manned at the levels of this factory, no business would have enough customers with money to buy the goods they make.
