Yes it survives and I know where it is.
The owners (two brothers) are strange fellows, though.
I've tried to come over and see it many times, but there is always some reason why they can't have me.

Mark my words...... This is yet another of those '.....we're going to restore it one day ..., soon....' projects that is already on the back burner, covered in dust and crap plus old stuff from the house, bikes and boxes. You know the kind of stuff. And it'll never see the light of day again until it becomes a rusted out heap of tat. You might call me a pessimist but have seen it around here with those ex works cars. The last one I knew of went to the scrap yard some years ago. Does the DAN number register on the car, on the database? That's a tell tale sign. Sorry, just a gut feeling

I suspect that you are absolutely correct.

I have seen (& chased) many cars like this & almost without exception they remain "Not For Sale" until they are absolutely buggered.
