Sonoma fire's. Here's a short drone video shot from The race track by my sub tenant at the shop. The fire was contained less than 200yrds from my shop here at the track. I wish to give thanks to the fire depts and the Sonoma Raceway fire crews and staff who battled the fire all night to save mine and all the other tenants shops here...............Paul

In this second one you can see how close it came to the track.

It's the speed at which it's spreading is scary they don't seem to be able to fight it at the moment and are doing evacuations in preparation for the fire coming through, I've been in fires before in southern California but nothing like the speed these are spreading. The fire at the track which i thought was all done picked up again last night and two more farms and a large house burnt before it died out again.

It sounds like California is getting it really bad at the moment. There was a bit on the enws last night.

I hope you get some rain soon to damp things down a bit.

Hats off to all the emergency services!

Yep, we're dealing with back-to-back fires here in Southern California the past two weeks (both within 5-10 miles of my home), but it barely registers in comparison to the Napa/Sonoma fires Minimans is dealing with.

These kind of wildfires happen almost every year in this season, but it's worse than normal this year.
