The red wheel is one made by Exacton and was fitted to the Mini Special in the 80's and as an option on the Sprite.

The other wheel is a KN Turbo. The value would depend on if you have a full set or not?

I would say the Exacton wheel is worth between £15 and £30. Their value has increased over recent years as they can be used by a company called Force Racing to make a (budget) set of split rim wheels. Costs £66 per rim to do.

In North America the first wheel is a Cosmic Wheel ( design)

I have them on my 1978 mini
