I've had my 64 850 for 30 years since I was 12 years old.
My wife's had her MPI from new in 1998.
There's a barn full of parts/projects etc as well.
More interestingly the ones I wish I'd never sold.

Mint 1275GT
Pick up
Van
Moke
Early mk3
MK1's etc

If only I new then what I know now! I sold most of them because of the lack of storage and still have the same problem now..

My Mini was purchased in 2000... so 17 years. But on the subject of long owned cars, our '67 Triumph GT6 was bought new in the U.K. by my father-in-law. A total of 50 years in one family, and more than half of that time owned by my wife and me.

1966 Morris Traveller African export model that the owner didn't take with them as there were no dealers to service it in the part they were going to. They sold it after a month to the owner I got it from in 1993, 24years ago.
My wife still has the Mini 40 she got new in 1999

Got mine, a 1969 S, SKD 220 G as a total shed in 1983 and restored it from the very last nut and bolt upwards......., yep, everything - and even had the Police speedo recalibrated at Smiths in Witney. It took 3 years. Had it 34 years. Got a Rover Cooper Sport in November 2000 (RHD, new from Belgium) that's 17 this month according to the factory log sheet. Love 'em both to bits. Took the RCS to Southsea today. Great ride, a few waves, flashes and plenty to smile about

Of the 12 I own (including a '68 Liverpool Police car, Peter) the longest is a 1966 Moke I bought from the original owner in 1970. And as I tell people, if I had to sell 11 of the 12 I'd keep the Moke.

Had my two Coopers since 1984, bought within a few months of each other so 33 years each.

My son wants to keep the 'brothers' together (they are both red, one Morris tartan one Austin Flame and both monotone) so do not anticipate that they will be 'out of the family' for another thirty years...
