these doors where nos, they where the same as the original doors I have except I didnt notice these holes untill now!

thought at first maybe mk2 doors had it for access for the boss, but its not lined up with that.

thought authi had wind up windows?

all later mk1 doors had them from the early 1960s (cannot remember the change point, but it is a known)

They were used on late vans and pickups, never saw the hole on 60's or 70's stuff.

My late 1967 Mk1 doesn't have those holes.
