I ask forgiveness that i have a Henry vac; Cleaner Suction Hose used as De-Mist Pipes on my 997 Cooper .. connecting the Fug heater to the screen vents .. my mitigation is Henrys Pipe is correct bore size at 32mm and has the ability to tight bend without collapsing & routes through the pedal box holes not an issue .. Henry,s ebay pipe cost £6 with enough spare of Henry,s pipe left over to sort out the next project.
Would it be possible for "the one that knows" to overlook this Not to BMC standard error because my de-mist pipe,s are not made of cardboard ?

Err.. in the interest of sexual equality and inclusivity I'd just like to point out that Henrietta's pipes are also just as good and completely up to the job for this purpose, thank you!!

On a similar theme to Pete above, if what we read about the BBC last week is true, a Henrietta pipe will cost 1/2 as much & work twice as hard too!

Henry v Henrietta.......... I use the vacuum/depression mode of my Mr Henry to evacuate the hydro system prior to re-pressurising it (yep, it works a treat...., it's a vacuum device). So I'm bound to ask the forum whether Henrietta would possibly suck better than Henry?

But back to the subject...... I'm all for deliberate non-originality especially when it relates to reliability, ease of maintenance and durability
