I think that's smoke grey. Even playing around with the colours, the grass is bright green by the time it's Surf blue.
That's spoilt my dream then

Film: Seance on a Wet Afternoon (1964) - Talking Pictures TV
William Henry Savage (Richard Attenborough) rides his motorcycle combination from the driveway of Marryat Road in Wimbledon, SW19.
with a Mk1 Morris Mini parked up on the road outside and what looks like a Ford E93A in the distance?

A drive through central London in 1972.... a few Minis here and there, a Jansen Interceptor of FF about half way through and it's interesting see a mix of the old black & silver / new reflective yellow and white number plates....

OK then, who has Blue Austin Mini FLJ784D tucked away in the garage? Still on the system but tax last due on 29 February 1988 so is more likely to be in drawer somewhere rather than a garage... Location is Westover Road, Bournemouth - home to err.. Westover Motors, BMC dealer.

No offence intended with this one, it's a genuine pic - the Mk1 850 automatic belonging to actress / gentleman's educational film star Fiona Richmond....

Later on she transferred the number onto her Series 3 E-Type....
