Wow those Lambretta's are expensive. Not a great photo but below is a picture of my 1962 Vespa in Bali. They sell for around USD3500 there in restored condition. (The car is my 1967 Deluxe).

In order.

Yes, it's a real speedo, but No, it's not a Speedwell item. It's a std speedo from some 1950's BMC car. I have never got to the bottom of exactly which one. Speedwell never did kits that included a modified Speedo.

The picture on "Old Classic Car" is a bit misleading, it was used in a very early Speedwell flier, but first appeared in a Haynes "Tuning Your Mini" book in the early 1960's where it was not credited as a Speedwell Conversion. I guess rules on Advertising were not as strict in the early 1960's.

Second, yes it is a kettle from a Heinz Hornet.
There have been literally dozens of them "come to light" over the last few months. The market has been totally flooded & something that used to be some hundreds of pounds can now be bought for £40 or so.

Is that speedo a Morris Minor job that someone has put a km/h scale with an mph centre?

I don't think so, I have had a couple of these & they show every sign of being a complete item from new. No bent tabs or other signs of unauthorised entry :)

Also, the Kph scale usually goes up to 140.

John, I know this car and the bloke selling it. He is a genuine dealer. It would need a lot of work to make right. Here is another Mini he has for sale :D
