So what's the score with this GT? I knew about it's historic rally history and it's been discussed on here before but what's the works history about 1968?? I thought '69 was the earliest GT.

BMC cars date from early 1952 until December 1966 when it became British Motor Holdings Limited (BMH). From May 1968 BMH merged with the Leyland Motor Corporation Limited. I consider all Mk3 Minis including the Clubman to be post BMC cars. We all know the Elf and Hornet got Mk3 features earlier. Why is this car listed as an ex-works BMC car?

From what I recall I think it had Special Tuning on the log book as the first owner.

It's getting around a bit. Yorkshire to Sussex then back to Yorkshire.
