The racer shell was on Ebay as well at £1800 buy it now or offers . only a few days ago :roll:

nice to see someone with 50 plus year experience of jems broadly agreeing with me......

i think the reason the yellow one sold for the price it did was the advantage of its plate, as it was on a 'F' it had a lot more chance of looking right and been accepted into historic racing. the red one been on a 'K' will not have the same cachet to racers

A forumer posted up a comment on Will-I-K's Faceache advert for these cars saying that the 'losing his workshop' excuse was wearing a bit thin after several years of use. For some reason the comment was removed :? :lol: :lol:

I did hear that the S shell had miraculously been reunited with its logbook.....or 'a' logbook :roll:
