Er... aren't these just a pair of used Sunbeam Alpine front seats without any subframes and a couple of Microcell Contour badges pop riveted on the back?

The bars on the underside are in the wrong place / wrong gauge - the accessory Traveller seat had them more centrally and thicker to fit the subframes ( the hard bit to source). The other problem with this pair is that the diaphragms are knackered so the rear cushion cover and foams will need to be removed.
None of this is insurmountable by any means - but £300 is the usual going rate for a pair of Alpine seats....
