Difficult to understand the mentality of some one willing to blow that much money on a strap......

I honestly don't know if I should feel sad for or angry at someone who is so fricken mentally ill that they will pay nearly £200 for a short length of Pirelli webbing. They certainly need sectioning for their own good!

As Nick says, these are very easily made using a length of old Pirelli webbing from the bottom of an early seat or if you want to splash out, you could buy a new bit;

I'm sure at one point that battery strap was over £200, then a few hours later just over £190, then finished just over £180...

I've bought a few bits form this local seller, a really nice guy who is having a clearout after restoring a '59 and a few other 60s Minis. Worth keeping an eye on his auctions.
