If I remember correctly, EBW**B registration numbers were issued as "age related" replacements by Oxfordshire LVLO some years ago so almost certain to be a replacement.
Not its first showing on ebay. £4500 seems quite a bit for a rusty body (of a different car) with "no other parts included" and that V5. Or am I out of touch?

That shell sold before Xmas for about £900.

A hefty mark up for the Cooper identity that’s been attached to it.

I have always wanted a GTS, that is a pretty tatty example & has lost most of it's distinguishing bits.
