The front reflectors (white) were mandatory in SA.
I’ve got a SA car (not Mini) with the exact same.

Recovered more likely? Especially looking at the condition of the "innards".
Certainly I don't recognise the covers as being original UK Mini.

Don't think those seats are UK. Mounting brackets are not UK and a sprung base is not standard UK. Maybe Authi or South African?

The 62 Elf I remember as a total basket case on ebay a while back - it was blue but not Florentine Blue I think. Interestingly the shell has courtesy light switches, 1965 type sunvisors and plastic window catches without multi hole runners - did these feature on the Elf and Hornet three years before they were introduced to the rest of the Mini range?
