Looks nice enough to me. Nice to see a what appears to be a genuine car :D

It does! BUT why do sellers so often go to the trouble of showing really nice photos of the carpet and not the fekin important bit under it!

I don't know why they have not photographed the floor, boot floor and sills, I would have done if it was mine. BUT I would rather see a poorly marketed car that was straight up and honest, than yet another GH type advert. I hope however buys it keeps it and enjoys it for what it is. Unfortunately given the current disproportionate difference in values between an 850 and a Cooper or S and the easy availability of parts and logbooks it may well end up "cooperised"

If I had the cash to buy another mk1 I would be looking for something similar....

No mention of replacement shell in the listing.
Wrong gutters, no drip rails and looks like a square tunnel.

No vinyl on top dashrail
O/s underwing air intake and Dash heater vents.
MK4/5?

David, well spotted, it is a mark 4, no hydrolastic (all Mk3 Ss had hydrolastic) it has no rad / engine cowl and has the Mk4 large petals :(

Another fake I'm afraid to say :(
