I would just like to reiterate what Tim has already said. Thanks to those members who brought some great cars, it was a bit of a shame that were were squashed in amongst all the BMW Mini's, but that didn't stop us having a good day. I too had a cracking night out with "the lads" on Saturday night & I would like to say a massive thank you to Tim for organising our little corner of what is a leviathan of a show.

I take my hat off to Tony Slater & his amazing crew of volunteers for a superb event.

Thank you to Tim for taking on the organisation of the stand once again.
The weather was kind to us although it threatened rain at one time.
Good to meet up and natter with quite a few Mini friends including some I met at the IMM, ferry and Gaydon last weekend.
I took a few pics, (when I remembered) of the MK1 stand which was a little squashed.
Ian, coop12g295 allowed me to "pop" the bonnet on his lovely racer and I wasn't disappointed.
No pics though. I'll leave that to Ian.

Being an RSP owner I had to take this pic of the early Press cars and other RSP's all in the BEST colour of the model. ;)

I'm sure Surf will have a lot more pics to post when he has a chance.

Myself and Paul had a good time. Sorry we didn't get to see you on the Sunday Tim ( as we couldn't find you ! ), but enjoyed the conversation, beers and curry on the Saturday night ( even though you had my Lamb Dupiaza !! )
Car of the day for me was LBL 590E. Many thanks to John Mackintosh for giving us time and letting us view his car in such detail. It looked very original with great patina. I'm interested to know more about the history of this lovely car, particularly with it being a Hopkirk / Crellin car for the 67 Flowers.

What a shame, some lovely cars squeezed in though.

Just logged on after travelling home today.

Thanks Tim for organising the stand and letting my Mk7 on the stand. Good to see Brys Hooper, also Niges' Mk2 is always a treat to see what new additions it has. The Mk2 display organised by Nick Hunter was great. I will post up some pictures during the week when I have caught up with other stuff.
