Don’t think it sold? It’s in the October auction now.

It always was in the October auction Tim, not the September one. The auction site was a bit ambiguous.

That cooler will be goosed. The engine will be in a shocking state, looks like it's been pulled out of a river!

Yeh, it's hard to see anything of much real use there isn't it. As you say, without a chassis number and little chance of getting a V5, it is only worth the value of the parts.... Which, to somebody, is still a few grand I suppose. Gosh, it IS rough isn't it!

Yes Andrew, we think we've found a suitable candidate for the award of a "Genuine "S" which is EVEN worse than yours"

I bet the Norfolk Ringer has a log book for it.

Maybe I should have rephrased Uncle Tom's kitchen drawer (on another thread) as Uncle Will's kitchen drawer :?

That said, he is much younger than me, so maybe 'nephew' Will's kitchen drawer would be more appropriate

Always good to know that my car is (was) not the bottom of the pile condition wise. Although it could still qualify as worst pre-restored shell.

Also up for offer with the crust S is a de-seamed S. Cut the seams off and cut the value in half?

Think I'd rather have this 1600E for half the price
