 Post subject: Cooper S replica exhaust

just got this from Somerford, seems nicely made from some heavy gauge metal
using a maniflow lcb to match.

It may be worth mentioning for others that if you use this system with an original 3 into 1 Cooper manifold you need the extra front extension piece that Maniflow sell for a few pounds.

I also bought this for my 997 and am thinking of trial fitting it, tacking the joints then removing it and welding it up into one piece to be more like the original.
Does this just seem like a stupid idea?

Will be interested to see what the noise level is like on the single box system Nick ? , Undecided what to go for with for my MK1 Cooper, single or twin boxes ?

I did think of that, but run my other mk1 one with a single box and thats fine to me.

Also the twin box one is out of stock with Somerford.

I was lucky enough to have two new old stock ones i used one on my Radford and one on my Hooper they fit great,
