I just used a hand file to take the worst off then used a flapper in the drill to take back further defects before using the drill sanding disc up to 800 grit then hand wet and dry up to 2500grit.

looking forwards to see them finished.

Anyone has pics of these wheels fitted on a car with disc brakes ?

From what I can see zooming the picture above: YES, it does.
I keep my Heligan pineapple jam in Mk1 glass washer bottles :mrgreen:

Always a lottery with masking tape, luckily all went well!
Final rub down on the exposed alloy then some wheel protector applied and job done!
Next into the centre caps, which are pretty rusty!
