Who would be interested in seeing a full list of all the BMC garages in Northern Ireland circa 1966 to 1970. I have been given the complete list but it is on Microsoft Excel. I could e-mail them to Mark if he could convert them for this forum.

I’m amazed how many BMC dealerships there was over here :D

Not a problem sharing the files. I've sent another forum member this information by email and he is going to post up later. If you want to send me your email address I can also forward the same for you. :D

Ditto - Alan, could you email that to me if I PM you my email address.

Just for information - my old '62 (now owned by forum member Martin Baker aka Chewie Baker) was bought new by my grandmother's cousin at Alexanders.

My '64 Traveller came from Donnelly's of Caledon.

Tom Steel I actually knew when I was little, sold motorbikes and my ex wife's dad worked for him in the 60s.
Pinkerton's in Ballymena I have never heard of, the RJ Moore's in Randalstown, my great auntie bought a new Racing Green edition there, but it fell off the lorry (true)

JJ Smiths in Ballymena is not on your list, that is where she got a replacement, and I remember their retirement sale. Jack, or JJ died fairly recently in his 90s.
