Might be an idea to lock up a lot of old BMW diffs in a container for a few years. Could be worth a few pounds?

Really enjoyed the program, although would have liked a longer special on that car to see more of the build, think they did a longer build on a Land Rover on a previous series, 6r4 is my all time favourite group b car, stupid thing is they were peanuts by comparison back in the late 80’s I saw road going ones for less than 15k. But no use for them back then and hadn’t become a classic yet.

The noise of that hairy arsed V6 on top of straight cut dogbox is addictive.

At one stage there were approx 100 ish white 6R4's in a compound at Rover for sale. I remember them being advertised in the Motoring News for around £9k each and BTW the Ford RS200's were for sale also at not much more!
