The big advantage of the Minor 1000 was that you didn't get wet if you needed to change the clutch, could do from inside mostly.Old English White wrote: ↑Mon Feb 22, 2021 8:57 am I think it was a Zenith actually but I agree - the SU isn't original. In my opinion the A30 was a horrible piece of junkWhen I started work, we had one as a pool car. The 803cc engine was terrible. The 948cc A35 was a big improvement but I always though the Minor 1000 was a much better drive.
