I think it was a Zenith actually but I agree - the SU isn't original. In my opinion the A30 was a horrible piece of junk 
When I started work, we had one as a pool car. The 803cc engine was terrible. The 948cc A35 was a big improvement but I always though the Minor 1000 was a much better drive.
