Postage would be a fortune, otherwise you could just about rescue that with some skilled alloy welding and polishing.

Get it bought Costafortune , Yes it could be welded and polished but i think it would show different shade .

Solomorris post some up some photos of the gearbox and remote to see if it is ADO16 or mini ;) ;)

Dave, that does look like a very early 1275cc engine in a Mk1 1100. With those block numbers AEG 312 / AEG634 that is the engine that used the 1275cc Cooper S cylinder block, had low compression pistons and single carb. Love to see more photographs of above the clutch housing and rear of the block.

There is a straight one on Ebay for 100 quid at the moment. No boss but I suspect you could have one made.
