This might be an alternative to a mk1 Cooper S for someone?

If it was an F3 500 I would be sorely tempted, I've been restraining myself for a couple of years now, but no doubt I'll give in, in the end

I'm actually looking for a F3 500 my great uncle designed/built and raced back in the day, lost for years but might just be out there some where

Really like that Cooper Vincent, bet it sounds fantastic too!
Always great to see the 500’s race.

Hum, I spunked a small fortune on an F3 500 a few years ago.

Never really gelled with it. I spent a fortune restoring it but am looking for a new home for it.

If someone really is looking for an F3 500 with lots of original history & which has been totally restored.

Drop me a line.

Restoration included: full strip, blast & repaint of chassis in original colour, fully rebuilt wheels with new rims, spokes & bearings, new Dunlop racing tyres, new one off track rod ends, rebuilt rack, fully rebuilt brakes with all new parts & new linings, all cables & control rods replaced or refurbished. Fully rebuilt engine, gearbox & clutch, re upholstered seat in brown leather, loads more that I cabn't remember at the moment. Also comes with starter, spare engine, spare gearbox & spare clutch assembly. New 500 OA logbook. Would probably benefit from a dyno session to get the engine 100%.

Cost £28,000 before restoration & accumulation of spares,
looking for circa £25,000 all in.
