Why didn't BL adopt this car back in the '70s. They would have beaten Ford to the market by two years, nicked sales from the VW polo, Renault 5 and Fiat 127. Who knows, it might have earned BL much needed capital so it could have scrapped the Marina, developed the Dolomite better and produced cars that people actually wanted.
By the way, great to see one of these being brought back from the dead.

I could see about getting dashboard repaired, would also need a way to connect LHD pedals to later type servo. I would have to see how LHD later Minis do it.
