after seeing this at harewoodhill climb, I thought I would have a go at making one for my self.

I didn't get the exact measurements, so had to try and work it out from the pictures I took on my phone. First I cut the shield out of ply wood, then filled and sanded, and 2k primed it, then this was left for a week, before flatting and painting it blue. after another week, this was then mask, and a grid made on it, so as to scale it to the size of my Shield.
After this I cut out the out lines, for the gold leaf.

then it was time to paint all the detail, I used American "one shot paint". after this it was left to dry and the coated with 2k laquer.

The main difference between Nick's & the original Harewood one is that Nick's is MUCH nicer!
