Robin, the Damask Red Vanden Plas and the GT were on our Club stand "The 1100 Club" the Sherwood Green Vanden Plas was on the Vanden Plas Owners Club. All nice cars :D :D

There were some gems I must admit... the VP is identical to the one my friend bought recently for 3k (1964) he was very excited!!

Kevin, the 1300 GT belongs to a friend and was built in Dublin. See more on the thread NEC classic :D

It is indeed. However, it's not a deadly sin. I use this position as a "winter mode" along with a 88oC thermostat as it is considerably more quiet and i suspect that it saps less power too.
However, if left like this during summer, it will tend to overheat at idle and motorway cruising.
