A silly question I know but are the ADO16 stud centres the same as on a mini?

no

they are 114.3, so 12" wheels with the right off set are really hard to find, you have a choice of period aftermarket wheels, some older jap stuff and I think some early gm stuff

this is why the D1's that turn up in good condition always go for such good money

Thanks Rich,
I'll have to have a look at what I've got in the shed, bought some 12" D1's and Cosmic MkII's years ago for a mini and the buggers wouldn't fit.
I'll have to check what the PCD and off set is.
Cheers

If they are for the 11/1300's I'd be interested

Indeed, they look nice too, even though it's the first time that i see them. They look very similar to the Melbers, also a favourite design.

Yes offset is important. The Cosmics are not too bad, but they are not ideal. They stick somewhat out, something that shows more at front. Perhaps they were made like this to allow wider tyres?
I think that the offset of the Dunlops is spot on.

By the way, i have found that my Cosmics are mounted correctly on 60 deg taper nuts. I will try and measure the wheel runout with and without tyres.
