Anyone interested in this 1100 two door I've just picked up?

Little bit more work than I first thought, but its not a scrapper..

For an MOT it'd need the drivers side rear arch repaired in each corner, and healboard repair. Passenger side, front subframe rear mount on the toe board/floor, and either a whole sill, or two localised repairs.

Starts and drives well, has had plenty spent on it over the years, some history. Looks to have been recently painted, however the wings are bubbling.

Asking £700, just want back what it owes me.

That's the reason I bought it!!

I was hoping it was going to be a little less work. Plan was to weld it up and use it over winter. May still happen, but I thought someone may want to give it the resto it deserves.

That's lovely, and has all the problems mine has to a much lesser degree. Seems odd to have fresh paint and not address the rust underneath, but then that's restorers for you, they're a weird bunch.

If it weren't for the less shiny example that Rich pointed out I have, I'd be quite tempted by this.

Wow! That's only the second RHD Mark I 2-door MG I know of in the world!

...although the parked wiper position suggests LHD - so I wonder what the truth is.
