I thought that was quite sound compared with some I've seen!
SOME parts of it hardly seem to have rusted at all :shock:

it was the heel board that amazed me, the rest didn't seen too much of a problem, but as ive just had to do a tiny bit on mine in that area, its quite complicated and you would have to fabricate all yourself - I bet its that bit that signed the death of this car - theres probably a week or two just making good that part alone

Only ever consider buying a solid ADO16. There are still many rust free ADO16 cars out there. I never buy any needing welding :idea:

your just spoiling yourself alan, just think, rolling around on your back, covered in flakes of rust and filthy black underseal, cursing and swearing as you prise off patches and previous bodges...

or is this just me?

its three weeks since I jacked mine up to swop the rear brake hoses, its never been of the axel stands yet........

actually, you might be doing something right.... :lol:
