I see the Mk1 1100 Traveller which sold at Brightwells Bicester sale a week or so ago has re-surfaced on ebay having now had a much needed encounter with a hydrolastic pump! It was by far the best buy of the ADO16s on offer and has already been bid a little beyond the hammer price achieved by Brightwells.
Somebody more able on a computer can probably post a link to it.

Looks quite good, never seen one in that colour before. Looks very original.

Yes, that's the one. It was a nice car even in the flesh which the other ADO16s weren't :shock:
It sold for £2600 plus premium which I thought was a good buy. The condition was very decent although it has probably been resprayed at some point. I think the colour is perhaps Arianca Beige? I had a Riley 1.5 that colour and this looked just the same. I'm not sure if all the Estates were fitted with them but this car also had reclining seats which were an option on the saloons at that time. A rare car for somebody.

Interesting to see quite a few of the cars sold at that auction are now re-appearing on ebay and the Car and Classic website.

i bet two hose clips cope really well with 250 psi!
