This really is rare

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Austin-/292221543740

Infact the only known survivor previously was thought to have been scrapped a few years ago....https://www.facebook.com/ado16info/post ... cation=ufi

And the Morris grill is correct even though it's an Austin!

Wonder if the two hydrolastic units in the add are NOS...and it comes with a pump plus other valuable goodies!

If that Red US spec car is as nice as it looks it's lovely.

One or two things about the add do make me wonder though.

The interior is nowhere near as good as the outside judging by the one picture that you can see any of it in, this makes me think it could be all fur coat & no knickers. The lack of any interior, engine or underside detail images also rings alarm bells, finally the phrase "Available spare parts are as follows" makes me wonder whether this stuff is in on the price paid or can be offered extra to the winning bidder at extra cost.

I must be getting cynical in my old age

Not a fan of gold shag pile carpet then Mark :o Does look like an 'eBay' paint job though, which the seller's clearly very proud of. I've pinged him for more pics so we'll see what comes back. Still has everything I would ever want/need in an AD016..well, apart from the supercharger!

If you do get it Tim, I am sure that Rich would be keen to buy the carpet

If it is as good as it looks, it could be a cracker!
