Oops!!. Mine's been hanging like this for months on 50 year old mounts, probably slowly sliding their way to freedom, if I hear a bang through the night I'll know what's what !!.

It's probably 30 years since I last had the subframe off an 1100, it was then written off in an accident and I had to take it back off for a spare, good practice !.

You should be pleased it was the mounting that failed, 90% of the time it will be the metal floor fixings that come away.!!
with regard to the washer issue , I fitted an electric pump to my 1300 gt and adapted the push button to activate an electric push to make switch so from inside it looks standard but when you push and hold it it activates the electric pump. One of the best mods I ever came up with.

luckily the heel board is perfect on it, so no damage was done

its all back together now, pretty easy job

You're lucky!

My first 1300 split a front mount, and the subframe crushed and split the hydro pipe...!

Ive done a few in my time!
