A very big thank you from both marshals at this years event.

Your fantastic donations raised a total of £1544.13 all of which has been donated to Cancer Research by the following link.

www.justgiving.com/mk1ActionDay3

Should anyone wish to donate any additional money who either missed us or couldn't make the event you can still donate at the above link, please remember if you live in the UK to add your gift aid as well. We also have a Springall steering wheel which was very generously donated by Len which will be auctioned off in the near future and the money raised will be added as well.

Once again can we thank you all for the donationions and friendly hellos at the gate.
Hope to see you all in 2017 John & Janet

This year has been a year of celebrities moving on, including Terry Wogan who immortalised the Janet & John stories. I wish I could contribute a few words in the Janet & John theme but the least I can do is thank our Janet & John for all their efforts to collect a great sum for such a worthy cause.

And don't forget we're raffling/auctioning off one of Len Chandler's excellent Springall steering wheels to add to the pot, more details soon. Thanks again and again to two of the most generous, selfless and hardworking people I've ever met : Jan and John for not just marshalling all the cars but collecting all the money, two wonderful people. Thank you! 8-)

The latest total is well over £2000 that will go to Cancer Research with an extra 32% being donated on top of what was collected at the event. A very big thanks for everyone's generosity.

Well done to everyone!

Look at the message I received this morning from Just Giving!

Remember, the raffle will remain open until Sept 1st. Lots of time to buy your ticket if you haven't done so already.

Thanks, mark & Pete.
