Still got oil pressure issues. Put in new bullet valve and tried both types of springs. replaced oil with new millers running in oil, i figured the oil in there had a lot of fuel contamination with all the buggeration I've had with it, also lapped the valve to the seat followed by an intensive clean in there. Fired it up, eventually  , and got a max of 50 psi, dropping to almost single figures as it warmed up.

I'll bring the 8 port, and toddle round in it.

Unipower sounds good, did I read in an earlier post that Ernie Unger might be turning up? I haven’t seen him since the mid eighties 8-) 8-)

Ian.

Not to my knowledge. I've never managed to get anyone else to bring a Unipower so far north so have never invited him.

Believe it or not I haven't got any! The other issue with the Radford is the sunroof is flapping about.

Funny you say that, I've been looking around for something like that this week. I remember a guy turned up at the Autosport Show once with a race Mini wrapped up in plastic film from top to bottom on a trailer . I also sold a car to a guy in Switzerland once who chucked all the loose parts inside the shell and wrapped the whole lot up, were were laughing our t*ts off but actually it's a great idea and costs bugger all compared to an eclosed trailer! Two minutes to get off with a pair of scissors, keeps your car clean, keeps any salt off (!!) and stop your knackered webasto flappin about!
