Ive sooooo much enjoyed flinging the rally car round Blyton but its time for something a bit more suited i think so im sat here looking what bits ive got and theres a plan forming

ive got my other MK3 S shell ready to go
Ive got a full on Arden 8 Port motor soon to be ready
ive got subframes, running gear and brakes sat around
ive a set of carbon motordrive seats
new wiring loom
lights and lectrics
polycarb windows

Will i get it all together for next year ??? i gonna try my damned hardest for sure

Shells booked in with Richard Casey at GSM to have the rear arches tubbed , subframes doweled and aligned and ARBs made , hes sorting out Proflex Shocks for me as well and the mountings to the shell

Sooo here we go - Just need to tell the wife :-(

you need to do that funny conversion where you also fit a lhd pedal box and run two clutch master cylinders plumbed together.

that will save LOADS of messing next year!

we're making plans to have two out of five minis ready for next year. It just depends on which two. Ideally the 16v track car (unfinished business and all that) and the mk1 britax themed one.
Watch that plan go to pieces with a week to go..

I'm still getting my car ready for Blyton 2014!

Picked up my pals fiesta yellow / black shell from the body shop today, it looks stunning. Hopefully that will be ready for 2016

I'm not going to set myself a deadline like I did last year. Instead I'm going to say I HOPE to be at Blyton next year, and I HOPE to have my "Cooper S" Traveller completed over the winter and run in prior to any trips. I need to get a move on and get back into the garage, (although building a new garage has somewhat taken my time and spare cash away from Mini projects at the minute!!)

Apart from changing the oil and filter on Mhuffy, I'd like to shave about 50 kg off the weight of the Woody and fit an anti Roll Bar. :P
